  We have had a great experience twice now so had to share since there are such mixed google reviews. They installed a dishwasher a few months ago and fixed our p-pipe in the kitchen yesterday. Both were done perfectly, quickly, the guys were friendly and at a competitive price

  I was so impressed with the ease of scheduling and excellent service we received from 5 Star Plumbing!! Dakota came to our home and quickly pinpointed the issue and was so pleasant and great to work with. I couldn't believe how smoothly everything went. We ended up with a new toilet --- Merry Christmas to us! Haha! All kidding aside, I would absolutely recommend 5 Star Plumbing. We will definitely use them again when we have future plumbing needs. Their name is spot on with the kind of service you can expect from start to finish!!! Thank you!

  I own a property management company that manages approximately 400 doors. We have used their service a few times. The first couple of times I gave them the benefit of the doubt with their pricing and just thought maybe it was the circumstance on why they were so expensive. This last time they went out to perform a toilet service I got billed $243 to repair a toilet. The repair did not satisfy the problem. At this point obviously for $243 we could’ve replace the toilet but no technician nor manager called us. The lack of common sense was a little discouraging. But we deal with it and move on. The next day we got a call for the same toilet having the same problems except for the handle. The handle was fixed properly. Now they went back out and replaced another part in the toilet this bill was almost $200 so now I am in a toilet repair almost $500. I called their office to question them and of course zero satisfaction. I guess I chalk it up to you this company has zero common sense and definitely doesn’t want to keep or earn my future business.

  Absolutely impressed with everyone that I encountered at 5-star!!! We had an issue with our water heater and with 3 young boys living out in the country we needed our hot water!! ( messy little ones) Jamie was prompt and very personal! I would recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you so much for your service!!

  I am very satisfied with the service from 5 Star Plumbing. He showed up at the door almost exactly when he said he would, was friendly, was careful to not track snow into the house, and wore a mask whenever he was in the house. The repair was done quickly (under an hour) and he left no mess behind. I highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing!
