    The reviews here have no relevance whatsoever for a power provider. Deposits are required when you don’t pay your bills and have bad credit… It’s not the power company’s fault that they want guarantees based on your past performance.. With that being said, we’ve had nothing but good experiences with this co-op and we’ve been members for five years. Budget billing works and we tend to get money back every year! Good customer service.

    Minimal power outages and quick repairs when severe storms caused issues. Very dependable company. There is a box that shows line voltage constantly in my house and there is minimal variance, far better than any other service provider I have had in the past.

    We called to have a light switch on an outside light to be replaced. 5 months later the switch has not been replaced. Never recieved a call saying it was our problem to fix. Poor customer service!
