  Called Baker on Tuesday 03-17 for a short in a light fixture. Friday 03-20, still HAVE NOT showed up to fix the issue. Four days !!! A few years ago, Todd installed a new breaker box in our basement and rewired our garage and did great work. But waiting four days to get a short fixed is unacceptable. I'll take my business someplace else.

  Charged for work that was NOT done. They also damaged my property while at my home and did not tell anyone. When Baker Electric was asked about both things, they “gave a discount” on the “new” invoice and said the person who did the work, “could not confirm or deny if something was broken while here.” — I have video proof!!!!! As for the new invoice, they just added the discount. Therefore, the invoice still shows work was completed that was NOT! These are our records as homeowners to be able to keep track of home updates, therefore it’s important they are accurate. I would also think a reputable business would want true and factual invoices. Overall not a great experience and clearly not a company I would trust unattended in my home again.

  We called Baker Electric on June 6th, 2024 to have an estimate on an issue in our home. The gal that answered the phone was very polite and told us we would get a call back the next week to set up an appointment. We have YET to receive a call back! I will assume Baker Electric doesn't need our business!🤷‍♀️ Which they may not. This is just poor customer service!

  We have used Baker Electric for both our business and residence and have always been pleased with their work. Their timeliness from first phone call requesting work to getting the job complete is extraordinary. We never have to wait. They are very professional and reasonable. A great company to work with for all of your electrical needs!
