JP Roofing did a great job on our roof. Denise was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough with the process from the estimate through construction. The crew did a great job with cleanup. I recommend JP Roofing for your next roof replacement or repair.

I can’t say enough good things about JP Roofing and Solutions. My insurance claim process took over a year, but thanks to their knowledgeable and detail-oriented team, everything finally came together. They not only helped get my roof replaced but also made sure underlying issues discovered during the replacement were addressed and corrected properly. Edgar and Kassie were incredible throughout the entire process, professional, patient, and clear in their communication, even when delays came up on the insurance side. They always explained the next steps and made sure I understood what was needed to move things forward. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and truly seemed to care about doing things the right way. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise and genuine customer care the way JP Roofing and Solutions does. Highly recommended!

JP Roofing is wonderful to work with, prompt, courteous and efficient. A special shoutout to Denise as she was so pleasant and kind to this widow in making decisions about design and color that will go with the new siding that will come later. Denise also worked so well with the adjuster which made it easier for me. Can I say the pictures they send during construction are just fantastic to see, all that is happening on the roof thru out the process of tear off until finished. Will always highly recommend them! Also want to add that they do a wonderful job with cleanup also!

After calling several local roofing companies, we were starting to feel frustrated. A few never even called us back, others were booked out over a month, and a couple just didn't come across as professional. JP Roofing was a breath of fresh air from start to finish. They arrived right when they said they would, showing a level of punctuality and respect for our time that is rare these days. Navigating insurance can be overwhelming, but their team was extremely knowledgeable and walked us step-by-step through the insurance claim process, making the entire experience completely hassle-free. The quality of the work on both our roof and gutters is top-notch. The entire crew was friendly, efficient, and worked with great attention to detail. Once the job was finished, they did a phenomenal cleanup, you wouldn't have even known they were there, except for the stunning new roof and gutters! If you want a timely, professional, and trustworthy team, save yourself the hassle of calling around and just call JP Roofing. Highly recommended!

We are very glad we went with JP Roofing. Edgar genuinely knows his stuff and took the time to explain the entire process. The crew did a great job on our roof install and clean up. I will be giving them a call for future gutters/siding work. I highly recommend them for quality work and great communication.
