My experience with JR & Co has been nothing less than excellent from start to finish. Luke Williams is the very knowledgeable project manager that was very helpful and genuinely committed to making sure that the project was successful. He made the process of working with my insurance company very simple and was very familiar with the adjuster who was assigned. When it came time for the team to show up Luke was there to put up protective equipment around all of our garden essentials and the crew was very mindful of our belongings while constantly loading the roofing trash into the trash trailer. Even though the crew is Hispanic there was an English speaker who communicated the daily plans with me at all times of the project. I ordered a designer shingle which is less common, but the crew told me they have many years installing several dozen projects with the same shingle and have had plenty of experience with how to install it. When the project was completed they spent a considerable amount of time cleaning the yard to free it from nails and the smaller debris. I will be happy to recommend JR & Co to as many people as I can for as long as it is relevant.

We noticed some storm damage to our roof. We asked around and JR & CO was recommended by a friend. We then met with Jake R. who inspected our property. There is not enough room in the this post to state how impressed we were with him! Jake is all the good things, honest, responsible, knowledgeable, professional, and going to get the job done the right way! Really it felt like the only thing we needed to do was pick materials and pay at completion. So easy, and the work is impeccable! It is obvious why JR & Co was recommended so highly. JR & CO is a company with high standards, that is evident by their work and their employees. If it is possible, request Jake R., truly a standout, and we are beyond grateful and pleased! The first picture with the deer is after, we think it looks amazing!

At the recommendation of a neighbor, we hired JR & Co. for a full roof replacement. Our experience was excellent! The process was straightforward and our representative, Jake, was personable, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout. We were especially impressed by the care they took during the project - going the extra mile to protect our newly installed guttering. Highly recommend!

JR & Co recently replaced all the roof shingles on my parents’ home, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their team identified areas of rotted roof decking and took the time to repair everything correctly rather than taking shortcuts. The workmanship was excellent, the cleanup was thorough, and the price was very fair for the quality of service provided. I strongly recommend JR & Co to anyone needing roofing work. They are reliable, professional, and committed to doing the job right.
