These guys were awesome top to bottom. Sales team was professional, knowledgeable, but not pushy. Always there to listen to my needs, rather than the classic “tell me what I need” that you typically get from other sales companies. Operations were awesome. I had some questions early on in which I got Paige on the phone and she really helped guide me in the right direction. Later, Emma was assigned as my account manager and she helped me seamlessly through the rest of the process updating me every step of the way. I was initially told to plan on 50 days until my system would be installed, turned on and I’d start generating power & saving money, but again they over delivered. My system was on and operational in 27 days. From the time the sales rep knocked on my door, until the utility company gave us the “OK” to turn on our system. I highly recommend KINhome for your solar installation. Because of them, I no longer have a utility bill, and actually get a small credit on my PG&E account every month!

David’s explanation of the process was very clear and he took the time to make sure we understood. The crew test with Installing the panels were prompt and did a good job.

David and the Kin Homes team and their sub contractors were all great. Very professional and took care of all of our questions throughout the process.

Deceitful company. Don't believe anything they say, it's just a sales tactic. First was contacted by a sales rep named Wendy gonzales who lied and said they are checking to see if my solars inverter is working properly and they weren't selling anything anything. Trust her and an appt at 2pm was set. Tech that was supposed to come by never did and then Wendy began ignoring my text until I said Id like to contact someone above her. She claimed the tech thiago said I wasn't home even though I was cleaning my garage then. The ceo Scott Hyde then tried to lie through his teeth attempting to sell batteries for my house and ignoring the fact I was told this wasn't a sales pitch.
