I will always go to northwest glass if I need any windows replaces or installed. My window living room window broke and I have two kids so they were very quick with the process. The day I called them and told them I needed this fixed as soon as possible, they came out to my house the next day to get measurements and give me an estimate. They taped and put cardboard over the window to keep everyone safe as well. It took a couple weeks for the glass to come in. But as soon as it did they came and took our broken glass out and installed the new glass. They installed it within 20 - 40 mins before I had to leave for work. They were very friendly and treated us good. They did amazing work, and our window looks great!

Incredible service. We were on a 2 week waiting list for a repair with the company that installed the windows and doors in our office complex. One call to Northwest glass and they were on site with the parts to repair the next morning. Fantastic service

Did a whole house project and most of the windows were being resized. They communicated well over email and even highlighted extra features like privacy glass on the bathroom window. Had the windows all arrive on time and couldn't be happier. Definitely going to do business again on future projects and refer them to others.

Our dealership showroom door was broken in March. Two gals came and took the measurements. Very nice and knowledgeable. Been a run around ever since! Was to have it fixed today and was told the door that came in Friday was not our door. Good management would have doubled checked. AND no one called to say they weren't coming. I called them. Awful customer service!!! The people that answered the phone were polite I must add. Needless to say, with the door being broke we haven't been able to bring in a second vehicle onto our showroom floor since March!!! Going another route.

Installed the shower door backwards. The over lap for sliding door is on the inside of the shower. Shower sprays through the gap. I’ve called and texted our sales rep. No response. Been this way for over a year. Luckily the shower isn’t used often. Besides that the product was good quality. Just bad install and worse follow up service.
