  Had P&T install a couple chandeliers and pendant lights on a cathedral ceiling in our home. Ryan was there on time, he was very polite, and did a very professional job. He even answered a meriod of questions from an inquisitive old man. Definitely recommend them.

  I hired P&T electric in the past and was happy with their work so I called them again to replace BR fan/light/heater. Was told "the scheduler would call me back when he/she got in" to schedule. No one called. When I attempted to call again, voice message stated, "lines are busy, leave a message." I find this poor business practice. If P&T is not interested in smaller jobs, the more courteous way to manage that is to; don't advertise for such or simply tell the caller P&T does not schedule smaller household repairs.
