  We contracted Precision Enterprises for a large home project to tear out a large second story deck, attached 3rd story tower and replace it with a larger more functional deck AND tie into the existing roofline to extend the roof to cover the new deck. Alex led the construction project. Luis was his work “team” for the entire project. Nothing easy about this job. All demo materials had to be humped out of the backyard by hand, same with the new materials. All work was done professionally and timely. Alex was a pleasure to work with and ALWAYS went above and beyond to exceed expectations, or check on specific aspects throughout to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. The roofline tie in is flawless and makes an enormous difference in comfort and usability. Alex even helped me out with some issues I was having with my new window and door installers (an unrelated project). Alex Hernandez and his team were extremely professional, polite, engaging and I always felt like my project was in the exact right hands. (We also enjoyed Luis’ singing as he worked. 🙂) They cleaned up at the end of every workday, warned us of any delays - weather or otherwise - and were quick to respond for final touch ups that were dependent on other sub contractors work completion. Lane Hinton was the project admin, provided all the quoting and was very easy to work with, keeping us informed of status, delays, and expected progress. He handled all the details for subcontractors (painting, electrical, etc…) like a pro and small change requests were quickly expedited. The result is stellar and beyond what we had envisioned. It’s no longer deck season now but after its completion we spent every minute possible out there. I fully recommend Precision Enterprises for your large residential construction projects. And make sure you ask for Alex to be in charge of the job!! Dick and Ruth Vogt

  They deliver what they promise. You can trust them and they do great work. Lane is great to work with. Alex and Adrew are great workers. I would recommend Precision enterprise to anyone !

  We had them come out in early July to look at an attic renovation project we wanted a bid on. The gentleman indicated he’d get back to us in timely fashion and it’s now August 31st. I guess they forgot.
