  They were able to fit us in the same day we called! They quickly determined that our furnace needed a new board and got it ordered. As soon as the board arrived at their office they were out at our house to install it. Other companies said the next time they were available was a day after Air Comfort has everything fixed. On top of it being quick and easy, the price was lower than expected. Very happy! Will use them again the next time we need help.

  What can I say? Kelly and his company continue to go all out for the customer. Our AC went out. We were going to be days before a new unit could come in and I was working on alternatives for our comfort - friends, family, etc... the hottest weekend of the year was upon us. I came home and Kelly is leaving my house. He found a spare part around the shop, installed it. Checked to make sure it was functioning properly and was off to work on the bid for the new one. He didn’t have to, I was ok with waiting, he was not. Great guy! Great service! These are the types of local companies I love to work with. Thanks Kelly!

  We purchased a Fujitsu unit from Kelly at Air Comfort for our son's attic room. The unit had a faulty coil and was only marginally functional from the start. Air Comfort came out two or three times to try and fix it and for a while it seemed to work. This winter when it got cold it stopped functioning altogether, so we called them. We had many service calls, each with a technician who was unable to fix the problem. Eventually they diagnosed it as a faulty unit and removed it. All told, the unit was out of commission from October through January, each time with an explanation that the part hadn't arrived. Finally it was replaced and fixed, though the technicians did not replace the shelter we'd built to protect the unit from ice falling from the eaves. Weren't we surprised when we got a 600.00 bill for labor from Air Comfort. They had never charged for any of the other calls because they had told us the unit was under warranty, so this was a shock. When we emailed Kelly to ask, he told us that the labor was not covered. We offered to work with him, but he responded with a note that concluded with a threat to take us to collections. When I wrote back, his tone got even nastier saying that there would be consequences if I "told people a lie about air comfort." All of this is factual. I cannot recommend them, They did sub-standard work and refused to admit they were at fault, blaming the manufacturer. When we offered to work with them, they were unfriendly and threatening. I am really sorry we contracted them. All the "friendly local business stuff" went right out the window when something went wrong. We are going to pay them, but I will never use them or Fujitsu again. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

  June of last year had air comfort, install a furnace and air conditioning unit and some duct work. This home is a renovation project. When the first cold spell happened in November, I went to turn on the furnace and nothing. Air comfort had not hooked it up. I had to put space heaters in the basement to keep the pipes from freezing. It took them three days to get out there and correct this. Now we are at the end of the renovation. I have installers, putting in carpet and other flooring and they tried to turn on the AC and nothing. they did not hook that up either. They sent out a tech he confirmed it was not wired to the box. The electrical box is right there for the AC. He said he can't wire it that's not what he does. So essentially their position is this "we're going to sell you a furnace and AC unit installed for $10,911.00. But we're not going to hook it up test it and ensure it works properly". What kind of company does that? That's a pretty awful way to do business. Maybe my expectations are too high
