  This company has a location in Clarinda Iowa at a house they rent. One of their clients ran around the neighborhood banging on doors at 230am and he was able to get into my home where he stayed for an hour and a half before we woke up and noticed. He was running around in the cold with no shoes or coat. Luckily my husband is a police officer who dealt with this man the night prior when he walked into someone else’s house. This man also stole a $2 bill that was signed by my late father in-laws coworkers when he retired. The staff don’t seem to have an action plan or way of keeping clients in the house so they can run around our community causing chaos.

  The tech (Parker Hallmark) came to our house and was excellent in repairing our A/C unit! He went beyond expectations and took the time to explain his answer when I had any question! Even in the hot attic (Tx), he explained everything to me and gave me helpful hint to preserve our unit.

  The parking garage that you have to park in is horrible. While I was there, there was a homeless guy hanging out outside wanting to shake my hand. The staff is friendly, but the area is horrible.

  AmeriServe has been an experience we do a lot of fun things in this company. I love my Ameriserve family. I would recommend it here I wasn't sure at first and I did say and made lies about this place. There only trying to help me there very caring Kyle has taught me some very important things on life. I really appreciate him and my friends and staff.

  I do not recommend Ameri serve. For anyone’s family members. they need to have some sort of training when they hire there staff. and their staff get defensive when you ask questions about there loved ones Like they are hiding things not happy about the outcome
