Jordan was excellent. From estimate to install he was very thorough in explaining the process. The results were exactly what we discussed. Will recommend Arc to friends and family.

I’ve had ARC Electric handle multiple electrical projects for me and they’ve been outstanding every single time. In an age where it seems harder and harder to find honest companies who actually do what they say they’re going to do, ARC is one of the good ones. Their entire team is excellent to work with, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and genuinely good people. They show up when they say they will, communicate clearly, and take pride in doing quality work the right way. It’s refreshing to find a company that still values honesty, integrity, and customer service. ARC has earned my trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work

Hugo and Jackson installed my GM Energy Home System (V2H) and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. They traveled two hours and the installation took two days with an overnight stay. They worked late into the first day and started early the second, finishing on schedule for a city inspection at the end. They did a great job cleaning the work area and even removed all the cardboard boxes and wood pallets the system was shipped on. (10/11) The City inspector required a parking stop to protect the batteries. Hugo had to travel 4hrs round trip to install it. Above and Beyond.

Very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism. My house is an old one with many challenges to bring it into the modern era. They came up with on the spot solutions to my problems. Keep me informed every step of the way. Hugo did an excellent job and I hope to have him back.
