Jim and Andy were great! They came out to my new home and mounted my TVs. Made no mess and had the job completed in no time. You can tell they are experienced at mounting all sizes of TVs. Give them a shout if you need any audio or tv mounting help. Thanks for the quick action, Jim!

I am thrilled to share my positive experience with Audio Labs, who recently installed a custom surround sound speaker setup in our basement. The service provided by Jim and his crew was outstanding from start to finish. Our kids are over the moon enjoying their movie nights, and every guest who comes over can't stop raving about how amazing both movies and music sound in our entertainment space. Audio Labs not only delivered top-notch quality in their products but also excelled in creating a perfect environment for entertainment that we always dreamed of. Jim and his team were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to our needs throughout the entire process, and they continue to offer exceptional support whenever needed. The seamless integration of the sound system has transformed our basement, making it a favorite spot for family gatherings and parties. I can't recommend Audio Labs enough for anyone looking to enhance their home entertainment experience. Their expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. Thank you, Audio Labs, for an incredible job well done!

I have been buying audio equipment from Audio Labs since 1974. I have lived in several different homes in Des Moines since then and AL has been able to help me create wonderful audio/visual systems in each place. They recently assisted me in equipment issues that they installed 5 years ago and did so graciously and pro bono. The guys there are friendly and expertly knowledgeable. There is nobody else around who can do what they do. Long live Audio Labs!

I bought a new router and access point from Audio Labs and it worked great until I changed from Cable to Fiber optic. I spent hours on the phone with the Router Company and the Internet Provider and got nothing. Jim brought Andy out and within 30 min had it fixed and back to normal. They are great!
