  I accidentally backed into the bottom panel of my garage door and dented it. I contacted a few companies and Baldwin Garage Doors and Gates was the only one to respond the next morning. Jake gave me a call and said he could be at my house at 5pm to assess the damage. He arrived right when he said he would and was able to get my garage door fit in the following Monday. He was able to fix the dent without replacing the panel and replaced the weather strip as well all for a great price. Jake was prompt and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Baldwin Garage Doors and Gates!

  Sunday morning 9:00 am I press the garage door opener and nothing happens. The garage door spring is broken. I call Baldwin Garage Doors and Gates and Jake, the owner picks up. I explain my predicament and he says he can be right over to help get my cars out of the garage. An hour later my cars are free and Jake has a repair solution. He didn't offer to sell me parts or services that I didn't need (like another popular service company did to me on a previous service call). He just offered to fix my issue at a fair price. Baldwin Garage Doors has excellent customer service and I will use them again in the future.

  Baldwin came out same day and helped with an issue at less than half the cost of the other quote I had gotten. He was quick, knowledgeable and very fairly priced.

  Jake was great! He fixed my garage the day I called for a reasonable price, showed me how he did it, & after we chatted a bit he even helped with another minor repair & more advice. 10/10 would hire again!

  Jake came on time and replaced my door springs with easier to find parts, all in a short time for a reasonable price. He is also very polite and was willing to explain things in as much detail as needed. I very much would recommend Baldwin to even my closest friends.
