They did an excellent job; they came to repair two different issues I was having, and both times they were fast, friendly, professional, and very organized. Thank you for your great service—100% recommended!

Basement floor drain backed up, they came out and snaked it out. 300 $ bill. Month later, backed up again. Spent over five grand to dig up sewer line and replace. Backed up again within a month. The owner, DAN, made promises he didn't keep. Said he was gonna come camera the drain, but didn't. Said he was gonna put me on a 3 month schedule to clean out the drain, but didn't. I wouldn't recommend BALL PLUMBING to anyone !!! No very reliable doesn't follow through with what they say they'll do

I had them come out because my drain was backing up in my basement. They cleaned it out and said it was good to go. Within 2 weeks it was backing up again. They sent someone else out who claimed they did the same thing and that it was good to go. Next thing I know my basement is flooded and the cap is off of the drain so Everytime water went down the system, it was just spilling onto my basement floor. I contacted them to let them know what was going on and it wasn't until 3 days later that I got someone to come and replace the cap as the original that they used was the wrong size. So for 3 days we couldn't do laundry or dishes because it was going all over the basement floor. Also, the drain still backs up so the issue still isn't resolved. Meanwhile I was billed for the 1st visit, which I paid with no issue. But they went ahead and billed me for the 2nd visit where they installed the wrong cap that caused my basement to be completely flooded and made us unable to wash dishes or do laundry for 3 days. I used ball Plumbing because my old landlord used them so when I bought my house in 2018, I called them for any plumbing issues. It seems that this is not the same company that provides excellent service. I will not use them for any future services as I have tried contacting them and even sent an email through their website with no response. It looks like I will have had to spend nearly $500 for an issue that was never fixed.

Short little story on the background of this business. We hired them to resolve a leaky faucet (5/19), they tighten the components of the water faucet, still leaking after a day, they came back again to tighten the components, still leaking again they came back to replace the inner component of the water faucet. Once I receive the bill I was charged three trip charges and only paid two. I called last month and scheduled a date for service, did not show up, no phone call.
