  I called Bendon on a Sunday because my 20+ year old air conditioner was no longer putting out cold air. He came out the same day. Said it needed a new part that he would find and bring the next morning. He did. It was working again before noon. We were very happy!

  Five stars for consistency—zero stars for communication. Calls unanswered. Texts ignored. Voicemail full. It’s almost impressive how dedicated this company is to being unavailable. We spent three months attempting to get a service call for a leak in the geothermal system they installed. After the first call, we were assured it would be “taken care of.” What followed was complete radio silence. No callbacks. No scheduling. No sightings. At this point, I assume “I’ll take care of it” exists in a different time dimension. If you enjoy wondering whether your contractor still exists, this might be the one for you. If you prefer actual communication, I recommend literally anyone else. Silver lining: thanks for never showing up—you motivated us to find a contractor who answers the phone, shows up, and charges fairly. They now have our business and our recommendation. Unfortunately, this one does not. We were accused of leaving a negative review, which wasn’t ours…this review I will own.

  Wish I could give a 10 star review. Don and team do a fantastic job with great pricing. You don't find many companies that provide the great level of service that Bendon Plumbing provides anymore!

  We have called Bendon’s multiple times and Don has been to our house quickly with in a couple of hours. We had hot water heater and heater issues and both were warranted since our house is fairly new. Although Don wasn’t the one who put these things in our house he called the manufacturers and arranged for the warranty parts on both items. We appreciate Don’s quick response on our calls and his great work. Support a local company and call Bendon’s next time you have trouble or need something replaced!

  After getting told we needed a new air conditioner and they could not fix the current one from Indianola mechanical I made a call to Bendon for a second opinion. He was able to get it up and running and it has been running great over a year ago. This year the capacitor went out and his son was here within 2hrs of calling and again it’s up and running. If you want someone you can count on call Bendon.
