  Chew Plumbing did all the work for our new construction home. It was a flawless process so we also started using them for our businesses. They were able to replace a large 85 gallon electric commercial water heater in Winterset, IA without skipping a beat. Highly recommend them for commercial plumbing.

  Chew installed in floor heat and boiler system in a new construction barndo and did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable and immediately fixed any issues we had. Also highly recommend for bathroom and kitchen fixtures.

  Justin was great when he came out to look at my basement plumbing project. Half a point back to him as it’s not an easy job that needs done, but I was beyond disappointed that I never heard back from him. He reviewed my project on 3/6 and I’ve followed up twice since then to date and have been ghosted. He reads my messages and don’t respond. It would’ve been more appreciated on my end if he would’ve been straight forward and told me he wasn’t up for the job. Overall, disappointed after hearing & reading such good reviews about this company.

  Called Justin on 12/4 (Wednesday) and he came out same day to give us a quote to replace water line under the house. Justin and his crew were then out on 12/9 (Monday) to fix it. From the house clear to the main and got it done in a day! Very fast and efficient company. 10/10 would recommend!

  BEWARE. Here is a sub-contractor that actually hooked up the sewer line to the wrong line. The city is not sure as to why Chew Plumbing made this connection. Never had this happen in over 20 years. Chew Plumbing took over two months to come back and correct the issue and left the job incomplete in the middle of the winter. I had to pay a second contractor to come down and finish the job and a third to inspect the work to verify the terrible work Chew Plumbing did perform. They argued and made excuses about their workmanship throughout the process of us trying to get the corrections made. We needed to make sure the system worked after Chew Plumbing’s MAJOR MISTAKES held up the project.
