    Made a down payment of 50 percent in May. Lyle planned to come in June. He said he was sick and we gave him time to get well. We spoke a few times throughout the summer and again in October. He said he'd be there in 2 weeks. And it has been 3 weeks. I've been calling and texting for over a week and he isn't responding. I have asked for a refund of our down payment and he put me on ignore.
