  Cutter Construction did an outstanding job tearing down and rebuilding our second-story deck. From start to finish, they were professional, fairly priced, and delivered exceptional craftsmanship. The attention to detail really stood out, especially the picture-framed decking on both the deck and each step, which gives it a beautiful finished look. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. I highly recommend Cutter Construction to anyone looking for a contractor who takes pride in their work.

  Cutter Construction was great! The team was friendly, and efficient with our project. Quality of work was top notch, and they kept a clean work area. The Communication was also great, clear and transparent on timelines and progress. Already planning on working with them again for future projects. I’ve recommended Cutter to others already and wouldn’t hesitate to do so on the future.

  We had an outstanding experience working with Andy and the entire Cutter Construction team. From start to finish, the communication and overall process were excellent. Our project had several unique challenges with the existing deck, including changing the joist layout, removing a window that was hidden under the deck, and incorporating picture frame framing into the new deck design, but Andy and team handled everything perfectly. The craftsmanship and finished product exceeded our expectations. The whole crew were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. We couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out and truly appreciated the transparency and communication every step of the way. We highly recommend Cutter Construction and will absolutely use them again for future projects!

  Mike Cutter and his team took a concept of a garage/home addition that lived in my mind and made it come to life, far exceeding expectations. From rough concept to detailed architecture drawings and then the construction process, Mike and his team kept us well informed and served as a partner helping us through design choices. We could not be more pleased with the end result. The Cutter team also re-sided our entire home and the results speak for themselves. This is a group of highly skilled and dedicated tradesmen who take pride in a job well done. They are friendly, thoughtful, and clean-up as they work. Mike's team including Mark, Travis, Rick, Thomas, Smith, Carl, and Brad to name a few, have given us an amazing space to enjoy with friends and family for many years to come.
