  We give Bill five stars PLUS!! He was so helpful navigating our claim re: DaVinci shingle replacement . ( we were clueless as to how to get the ball rolling ) He responded right away via text to any questions we had. He's had lots of experience with this company. THEN.. our job took only four days from start to finish ( not a small job) His team did a great job of cleaning up each day.. and our new roof looks AWESOME!! Drive by! 9806 Ascot Drive..

  Here’s the type of work you get. I was told in August of 2020 that the damages would be take care of. That was 9 months ago. How many times do you guys need to come out and reinspect the damages you caused before fixing it. I told jimmy on the 27th of April that he could come out anytime since it was on the outside. His response was no problem. So I guess I’m missing your comment about me not responding to him. I can start posting all the back and forth text messages if you would like. It took 5 months for you guys to repair the leaking skylight in my bathroom. Again this is all your company’s quality of work. I’m not asking for anything above you correcting the damages you caused to my home.

  I had a water leak during one of the recent storms. I called Exterior Remodel & Design this morning and Greg was on my roof this afternoon. He provided excellent service and went above and beyond. I will be calling them should I need anything more in the future. Thank you!!!

  Highly Recommend! We had our tile roof replaced and Ryan coordinated all aspects of the project including tear down, gutters, wood repair, paint, etc. He was quick to respond to my questions/pics and would text when a new crew was showing up. He showed professionalism and everyone this company worked with provided high quality work.

  I had Paul come out to inspect my roof after the 2024 storm. After inspection, he did a great job fighting my insurance company who previously only wanted to replace my roof . With Paul assistance, I got my roof, gutters replaced. They even paid for painting some part of the house, which got hailed. As far as professionalism, Exterior Remodel& Design crews were very good at what they do. They showed up on time, and took care of the job. Afterwards, they cleaned up after themselves. Overall, I am a satisfied customer who will recommend this company . Also , I would like to mentioned the owner good spirits towards customers. Besides the job well done, Paul will go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied all across the board with his follow up calls.
