  First Construction replaced our old wooden deck with a lovely 3 seasons porch and offset grilling area. Shad and team were great to work with: Great communication, timely responses, stayed on schedule, able to work with our ideas and changes, but also offered up suggestions that we hadn’t thought of. Our existing rooflines were a bit tricky to add the porch to, but they found a way to work around that. Highly recommend!

  My wife and I started out wanting to buy something turn-key, but after looking a while and not finding anything close enough to what we wanted, we decided to build with First Construction. Shad made 2 or 3 blueprints for us while we were still shopping for existing homes, tailoring them to suit our needs and Jen eventually talked us into walking through one of their specs that we would eventually use as the foundation for our current home. They overcame every objection with some truly unique ideas, helped us change things into the exact format we wanted, and were there to answer any questions we had along the way. We were blown away by the way they pair professionalism in their trade with the casual atmosphere where we could chat about literally anything while going over plans for the new house. It's been over 6 years now and the house has survived a duracho, several arctic tundras, and more like a champion. We couldn't have asked for a more fun experience building or a better final product. Thanks so much for our beautiful and wonderful home!

  We were thrilled with the quality of our First Construction home! From the very beginning, they've been incredibly responsive and communicative. We always feel like we're in the loop, which has been a huge stress reliever during this exciting process. The team is professional, courteous, and always happy to answer our questions.   Shad and team did a great job handling a rebuild and remodel on my house after it was partially destroyed. I was provided frequent updates and felt like I was in good hands the whole time. The project finished on schedule and on budget! I would not hesitate to use them again.

  FCC recently completed a home for my parents. We had a great experience which created a home that was exactly what they were hoping for-- an incredible kitchen, perfect floor plan w/great outdoor space, high quality finishes and super energy efficient. No stress during the building process.
