  Damian & team were great to work with! They were responsive and through on the initial estimate, explaining the process to a novice like myself. They were able to get the work scheduled and completed very quickly. They were professional-taking care of our finished basement, protecting all of the surrounding areas to keep everything else clean and undisturbed. I hope I don’t “need” them again, but they’ll be my first call if we do!!

  Working with Damian was a pleasure. He is by far one of the most professional contractors in the DSM area. We had him do mold remediation and I don’t think we could’ve asked for better results. My wife and I feel much better after using Damian for the work. We never really knew how sick the mold was making us until it was treated. From start to finish everything he did was 5 stars. I’ve never seen a contractor leave a job site as clean as he left it. I know if we had to do it again we would 100% use Damian again. We really appreciate him and his team’s timeliness, attitude, professionalism, and communication throughout our time working with him. Before and after photos below.

  We had our basement flood after our sump pump failed, and 515 Restoration was amazing to work with. They got out to us super quickly (and really early in the morning), which made a huge difference in a stressful situation. Their team was easy to work with, kept us informed, and just handled everything the right way. You can tell they care and know what they’re doing. Really appreciate their help and would absolutely recommend them if you ever need it.

  In a world where big business makes most of us feel like a number or dollar signs, small local businesses thrive because they make a connection and make the effort to make their customers feel valued and taken care of. We cannot say enough good things about Five One Five Restoration. They’re a phenomenal small business ran by people who genuinely care for others and put people first. After purchasing a house, we unfortunately uncovered significant amounts of confirmed black mold in the finished lower level of our home that required immediate removal and remediation. We reached out to Damian at Five One Five Restoration and he & Miranda were very responsive. They came out to our house right away to assess the situation, clearly explained their remediation process and put a plan in place to get us on their schedule quickly. They were so respectful of us and our home; making sure everything was carefully completed and thoroughly cleaned. Remediation took just a few days and testing upon completion to confirm remediation success. We have sincere gratitude for the incredible care and service we were given. Thank you Damian, Miranda and Jacob for going the extra mile for our family - we appreciate you!!
