  One of the employees (Mr. Whistler) was absolutely unprofessional, condescending, and aggressive when working a traffic stop. I have never experienced anything like it.

  We were having issues finding our keys for storage and the staff was AMAZING and helped out. Well lit, security cameras and heavy-duty locks. Great place if you're looking for a storage unit in Ames area!

  They don’t care about there employees. They also will fire you and say you quit. Plus they are terrible with keeping you with work. They’ll give you a job for 2 days and then won’t work for 3 weeks. Awful place to work at.

  There employees like to block your drive way and not move. Private drive and no trespassing signs up. Had to drive up my ditch to get around her yet she walked in front of me. And had to go into the construction zone to get around her bad employees
