Mark and his crew were very professional and easy to work with. They were very efficient and talked me through what their process was in order to have a smooth workflow. Overall I am very pleased with the work that was done and would go with them again if I had to.

My home had two doors from the 80s and Ground Up showed up! They helped me figure out exactly what to buy, picked up the new doors and materials, and were finished the installation of both doors within the day! With a new baby on the way, I'm very impressed by their speed and professionalism.

I greatly appreciate the work they did putting a new roof on my mother's house so late in the season, everyone on the crew was very professional and approachable. They were very thorough each day about the clean up! They did a great job!

Mark and his crew came down to remove a tree that had fallen in my roof after the derecho in marion. They were very fast and were able to get my tree off the day after I called, which was amazing. (The tree had caused structural damage so I needed it off asap.) Then mark and his crew also reshingled my roof a few weeks later, and repaired my structural damage. They were very fast and professional. Mark was keeping update on all steps of the process, and was very friendly. I was very happy with my experience with them. As a new home owner, this whole process was very daunting, but Mark helped me work with my insurance to streamline the process. Great company, would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
