Jordan Building & Design, LLC provides complete construction services to help you build a new home, or improve the home you have.

I grew up in Winterset, Iowa, and have been around construction my entire life. My father, Randy Jordan, was the owner of Jordan Construction – where he built homes in addition to other construction projects over the span of 35 years. I worked with him on various projects growing up and during my summers throughout school. I graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. Following graduation, I worked in the Fire Sprinkler industry for 10 years as a Designer and Design Manager. While grateful for those experiences, I was ultimately drawn back to my roots with a passion for home building and construction. I feel this unique combination of experiences sets me apart from the competition, with a wealth of knowledge in construction and an eye for plan drawing and design. I am thankful for my dad, who has mentored me in getting Jordan Building & Design off the ground and continues to work with me as a frame and trip carpenter, and integral liaison. I’d be happy to show you my home as an example of the type of work Jordan & Building Design LLC is proud to produce!
