Super fast response to our issue! Rob was at our house within just a couple of hours after my call to the office, and he was absolutely amazing to work with. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had us back up and running in no time, and was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Loescher Heating & Air also replaced our furnace last year, and that experience was just as great, fast, easy, reliable service with outstanding customer care. Huge thanks to Rob and everyone at Loescher Heating & Air for always being there when we need you. It’s so reassuring to know we can count on your team!

Our a/c went out after I was doing some gardening last night and I figured it was something I may have done and we were without air all night but I called you guys and Scott came out the next day bright and early and fixed us right up! Friendly guy and he was fast efficient offered a fair price and explained what he was doing the whole time. You’ve definitely gained a new customer. Thank you!

We had a phenomenal experience with Loescher Heating & Air! After getting several quotes to replace our AC and furnace, Loescher came in as the most affordable, and we were blown away by their professionalism, transparency, and quality of work. From the very first call, they were responsive, honest, and never tried to upsell us. Their crew showed up on time, respected our home, and had everything installed smoothly and efficiently. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. It’s rare to find a company that checks all the boxes, great pricing, trustworthy people, and work done right the first time, but Loescher absolutely delivered. We’re so relieved to have found them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a new home approximately a month ago and requested a quote on a new air conditioning unit. A guy came out and provided a quote, but I did choose to go with another company. I then received a bill for $100 in the mail. I call to ask what the bill is for and was advised it was for an inspection. I never asked for an inspection and simply wanted a quote and was never told I would be charged for a quote. I advised I was not paying $100 for simply receiving a quote. I was then told I could pay the $100 or be sent to collections or I could buy a new ac unit from them and the $100 would be waived. What a terrible way to do business by threatening to send someone to collections over $100 for a quote that was done. Not a way to do business.

I purchased a new furnace, A/C unit and water heater from Loesher. Everything works perfectly and was expertly installed in just 5-6 hrs. Jay provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The installers were friendly and did such a great job! Thanks everyone @ Leosher! Highly Recommend!
