My wife Nancy and I recently had 17 windows and a patio door installed by Mainstream Home Improvement, featuring beautiful Infinity from Marvin Windows , we could not be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Marci and Maggie in the office were incredibly helpful throughout the entire project. They kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of our questions promptly, and made scheduling and communication easy and stress-free. Spencer, the owner, was outstanding to work with. He was knowledgeable, honest, attentive, and truly cared about making sure everything was done right. It’s clear he takes great pride in both his company and customer satisfaction. The installation crew was extremely professional, courteous, and hardworking. They paid attention to detail, kept the work areas clean, and completed the installation with great craftsmanship. The new Infinity by Marvin windows and patio door look absolutely amazing. The quality is exceptional, and one of the first things we noticed was how much outside noise they block out. Our home is noticeably quieter, more comfortable, and looks fantastic both inside and out. We highly recommend Mainstream Home Improvement to anyone looking for high-quality windows, doors, and truly professional service.

Removal of old windows and installation of new replacement windows was super fast and finish work excellent. Used drop cloths and very mindful of keeping everything clean in the work areas. Clean up inside and out was thorough. Installers were friendly and did great work! Absolutely love our new windows!
