Mechanical Air has been the company our family has used for a very long time. They put in our geothermal system somewhere around 2008. We recently had issues and called them to help fix the issue. The short version is that they never got back to us. We repeatedly called and were told that they were trying to get a quote for a replacement part. Many calls, and never got a response. A month had passed and we heard that the employee(s) that worked on geothermal units left the company. Not once did Mechanical Air simply tell us this. We heard through the grapevine that they no longer wanted to work with geothermal systems. Again, they were never honest enough to tell us this. We ended up getting connecting with the employed that left Mechanical Air as he formed his own company, and we are getting set up with a whole new system. Our new units (we have 2) will come to a grand total of around 42 thousand. My only happiness is that Mechanical Air will never see a cent of that. I can't express how disappointed and frustrated we are that they couldn't even do the right thing and be upfront with us. I don't care if they remain in business or not, and I would warn anybody thinking of doing business with them that they not be reliable when you need them for future for the very equipment they install.

Ben came to provide a bid for replacement of my boiler & central air. After he looked it over, he believes it doesn't need replacement. I am going to see what he can do. This guy is confident he can save me money. Moving forward to schedule a service call. Crossing my fingers.

Everyone from Mechanical Air Systems was fantastic!! They installed furnace, air conditioner, water softener, and fixed other plumbing issues as quickly as possible so I could enjoy my new home. I would recommend them to my kids.
