    All flat roof companies are not created equal. I called Midland out to look at a new flat roof put in by another company that was leaking badly. They were out almost immediately and the repairs were made in a timely manner. No more leaks! Neil and Antonio were a pleasure to work with and all the repairs were documented and communicated to me very well. Thanks a million!

    This company fits the stereotype of a shady contractor perfectly. As far as I can tell, the work performed by their technicians is solid, but avoid using this company. The first invoice they gave me exceeded their initial not to exceed quote, grossly exaggerated the number of hours of labor (technicians were on-site for 5 hours and they invoiced for 24 hours of labor), and billed labor at a rate that was 15-20% higher than I was initially quoted. They did revise their invoice, but still inflated the revised invoice. When I asked them about I got conflicting details as to how they were arriving at the total and they basically refused to discuss my questions with me on the phone. Additionally, it became clear in one of the few conversations of substance I had with the firm that they were billing two clients for the same hours. When I asked the representative, Steve Frahn, about this practice, he actually said "You can't ask me that question." Stay away from this organization.
