  Horrible experience. Almost $25,000 dollars in work to be performed. Roof, facia, soffit, gutters. Scope of work to remove aluminum facia and replace with new. Was inside on a Saturday when the whole house started to shake. Walked out to find the gentlemen (who didn't speak any English and could not communicate with him) ripping the gable end facia board with a sawzall, mind you holding almost at a 45 degree angle to remove over an 1 1/2" of material so they did not have to use an aluminum brake in their installation. No where in the contract or was it ever verbally communicated that this was their process. Obviously they would have been told no. When I made the phone call and expressed my concerns, Howard Hawthorn stated he didn't have time to babysit our job as he had others to attend to. Unprofessional in every manner. Every aspect of their work has been unprofessional. We have had many contractors and inspectors look at our roof all stating their concerns. This work was completed in July and we still have no gutters on our house. We hired them under the assumption it would be a stress and worry free process having someone with 20+ years experience handle the install. This has proven to be a complete nightmare. All we expected was a roof of equal or better quality and not bandaids to be placed everywhere. Quality and reviews would be a -5 star review. Choose carefully when picking a contractor, do yourself the favor. Will be contacting The Better Business Bureau on the matter. Wanting to know the boundaries on where insurance scams come into play.

  Phil Jett and Team Moises did an awesome job siding our home. Phil kept me posted on job scheduling and was able to work around my schedule so I could be available for any questions or issues. Team Moises runs a top-notch crew that removed and replaced siding, window wraps, and installed new gutters and downspouts with lightening speed. Great workmanship. Once completed, the crew cleaned up all debris and ensured everything was completed to my satisfaction, which it was! Phil even stopped out the following week just to make sure that everything was still good. Its nice to see a local company provide such great service. I would certainly recommend Midwest Complete Construction for any of your siding needs.

  We had a great experience working with Terry and his team to build our dream sunroom. Project was managed well the whole time, quote was done in a fast manner, and work completed timely. Could not recommend them more!

  Midwest Complete Construction was awesome to work with! We had a large job with two new doors, siding and gutters. The employees were all very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Any concerns we had about the job were addressed. I would most definitely work with Midwest again in the future. Edit: I used Midwest again this year for a new roof! The job was completed quickly and professionally.

  I had my roof done by these guys which they did a good job , but they damaged my siding and trim plus my gutters are bent.i was gone for that week they did the work and didn't see the damaged until the next weeken. I notified DJ who was the supervisor of the crews by what he said. I called him and texted him he told me they were busy and as soon as they a chance they would come back look at the damage and see what they can do to fix it. Well it's been five months and no nobody has showed up . I texted and emailed back October didn't replied back to me so if you are getting the work done don't pay them until they repaired the damaged so no I get to fix myself and will never hire them again since they can't be honorable and fix what they damaged . The reason for 2 stars is they did a good job on the roof besides the damage and it took them 3 to 4 days to remove the dumpster and all the nails I had to picked up in the driveway and the trash left over. If I was anyone looking to have anything done at my house by these guys don't pay them until the work and after you inspect there work , because you can see they don't honor any verbal agreement to come back and fix the damaged they did to your house. It's very sad to see companies resorting to being so petty to fix there screw ups. I even have a written contract withem so it not like they can say didn't do the damaged, and you would think if they didn't damaged the house you would had taken photos to prove you didn't. Call anyone but these guys. Really call anyone else in the world then these guys. I like to thank DJ Rowe for not handling what I asked to do fix the damaged to my house . Thank you buddy I appreciate your effort of dodging my calls and texts last not least the emails . To the Midwest upper management thank you for not replying back to email acting like a stand up company that you say you are on the commercials. I seen that commercial and laugh so hard that you stand by your work, what did you guys say oh you have 49or 69byeara of screwing customers over that's right . I will tell this you better honor your warranty or you are really going to love me .
