Could not be happier with the entire process. From Rich, who helped us manage the contract and documentation process, to Aaron, who was the on-site foreman, to the amazing, friendly crew they sent to replace our roof, this was an easy, efficient, effective, and professional experience. From start to finish, things moved seamlessly and painlessly, and in the timeframe we requested. And they did a great job of cleanup, you would never know they were here, except for our fantastic new roof. It is our pleasure to highly recommend NexGen Exteriors!

Work done for my Mother's home in Minnesota. Full outside house makeover. This company was easy to work with and very professional. She was pleased with how the work crew came on time and were friendly and kind. The job was completed quickly. Aaron Bethke, project manager, communicated well throughout the job.

Had a couple different local companies come evaluate the condition of my roof as well as give an estimate of replacement. I easily decided to go with Nexgen. Cody was prompt, professional, respectful of my property and myself, and very thorough. I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered along the way. The estimate given was well organized and easy to read. Cody assisted with the insurance claim, met with adjustors and was onsite the day of replacement. Great communication on the side on Nexgen made for a smooth replacement on our side. I would not hesitate to recommend Cody or Nexgen for your roofing needs.

NexGen did a phenomenal job for me. My insurance company initially denied the claim. Travis then did all the work to convince the insurance carrier they were obligated to cover a full roof replacement. NexGen handled everything and kept me fully informed. They allowed me to choose when I wanted the work done. They showed up exactly when promised and did everything right. I was impressed with how completely they cleaned up when the job was done. They followed up to make sure I was happy with the entire process. NexGen did everything I could expect, just as you would want a contractor to handle a big important job.

I needed one window replaced so I contacted NexGen Exterior based solely on customer reviews. David Erbstoesser, sales representative, contacted me quickly to set up an appointment for an estimate. David forwarded an estimate and other appropriate information in a timely manner. The electronic communication was simple and straightforward. David also assisted in communicating with the installation team and setting up an appointment for the installation. I found David to be professional, personable and a great communicator! He was an absolute pleasure to work with! Adam Vue, who installed the window, was awesome to work with. He was very professional and obviously knowledgeable about window installation. Adam did a great job installing the window. He was efficient and very thorough. Adam cleaned and vacuumed the installation area and left it looking better than when he showed up! The payment method and all paperwork was done electronically and was very efficient! I highly recommend NexGen Exteriors!
