When starting the process to find a local contractor to replace our windows, then our roof and fascia the following year, I had two requirements: 1. The business must communicate well and show up when they say they well and 2. Stand behind their quality products. I wanted to know we had support for any issues in the future, tell them my vision of what I wanted, and never have to worry about chasing the contractor like we have had to with projects before. I posted on Facebook asking for recommendations to meet what I was looking for and 80% of the comments were Superior Siding. Once I reached out, Trent responded within 24 hours and the process over the past year has exceeded my expectations. Trent was not only genuine from the start, but his follow-through was 10/10. He explained they fully stand behind the window brand they have used for years, accommodated exactly the color and design I wanted - even customizing a precious arched window to a new shape, gave me an estimate quickly, and followed through in the exact time frame he had originally quoted. It was a no brainer to replace our roof and fascia with them this year, in which the job was, once again, done with incredible quality. The tear down and clean up done by his team was phenomenal, and we have yet to find a rogue nail in our yard since the big job that was done. Our community is lucky to have Superior Siding as a business. I can’t recommend them enough.

We selected Superior Siding & Windows, not only from all the reviews and recommendations, but also for the communication, meetings, and visits with Jim & Kyle, owners. They answered all of our questions and concerns. From the beginning quote, prep of our home, installtion of the siding, to the finishing touches; all of their team made sure we were satisfied with the project. We appreciated the constant communication and reviewing the in progress work. Also, appreciated how important it was to them to have our property clean every day before they left. We have received many compliments from our neighborhood, not only for how our house looks now, but how respectful they were to our neighbors. We strongly recommend Superior Siding!

Jim is a wonderful, honest, giving and caring person to have to work with. He and his teams are very nice, very efficient, GREAT at their jobs and were there when they said they would be there, every time. Very very good quality of materials and communication was excellent with each and everyone of them. They made our house so beautiful, I will always recommend them and if I need something done I’m calling them. I had a wonderful summer watching all of these guys work on our house and getting to know them and they kind of feel like FAMILY….Stevie did a superb job with all the new windows and the sliding glass door. He did an amazing job, installing all new front and back doors, It wasn’t on our agreement, but Jim worked it out, where Stevie installed the doors if we went and purchased them. (Stevie even went and picked them up from the store for us!!) Amazing service that I know and feel will last a lifetime because Jim’s gonna take care of us for the rest of our lives. Stevie then installed these really good looking gutters that really tops off the house. The siding guys came in knew exactly what they were doing. They dug right in. They removed three different types of siding, replaced all the bad wood we had, put on this beautiful vinyl siding after they wrapped the house and they protected it like it was their own home!! Hector and his crew came in and removed the skylight and put a new roof on that looks amazing and matches the siding, so well. Hector and his crew were very kind and considerate while working on the roof. They work hard , pick their nails up every day and cleaned up after themselves very well. Hector is amazing. He also came and painted our foundation and made it look as good as it ever has. These guys deserve way more than five stars!!
