  Thomas Company was very good with communication and talking through the process from our needs. They went above and beyond in getting everything coordinated to install and start electrical service to our commercial building. Would highly recommend Kevin and his team! They are very reasonably priced as well. Our invoice came in under the estimate for electrical mast, service and new breaker box.

  I called initially for someone to repair our washer. Aaron was super friendly and very knowledgeable. It did not make sense to put the money in to repair, so we made a trip to the store and purchased new washer and dryer as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful with the different models and features. Delivery was quick as well and everything has been working great. Definitely recommend!

  Thanks for the Thomas Company and their fine staff they have, my refrigerator needed to be replaced and they got me back in business professionally and promptly. My refrigerator I bought is a whirlpool with the freezer on the bottom. As I was washing it down, my rag got snagged from the bottom of the refrigerator door. So anyways what it was, was where they blow the insulation in the door, they didn't cap it off, and it flakes off if you work at it, it was even on the front of the door. I went down to the store and looked at all of the refrigerators, they are all that way, not as messy as mine though. So the technician came out to check it, everything else seems to be okay. It appears to be that since COVID, short cuts are the culprit. My other Maytag refrigerator has caps on the 3 spots, Maybe it doesn't matter, I don't know, but it's just a way of making the appliance look finished off nice. Not thrilled about that Whirlpool, even if it's just the of the door.

  This was a Dishwasher repair. To a special person in this household, there is no more more important piece of equipment period. Awesome fast, friendly, totally competent help is what we received.
