They broke my fence gate. They told me they had to run a hose through our backyard to reach a sewer. I gave them permission and added, "please be careful" Our security cameras show the site supervisor (in photo) aggressively pulling on the hose and then yelling / joking about something regarding the fence. My wife contacts me a bit later to say that they broke the rungs off of our fence gate. I approached the supervisor (now working in another cul-de-sac in the neighborhood) and told her "You broke our fence". Without looking at me, she replied... "Yeah..OK" I contacted the company who led me to the Field Supervisor, Justin, who said he'd be over shortly to check it out. He did what he said, and was very apologetic. He said he'd take care of it. Unfortunately, the fence company (Slagle) never responded to the repair request, and now I sit here with a broken fence door that I'm stuck with to repair on my own. The site supervisor should be fired for not only, carelessly, breaking my fence, but being smug about it.

As I’m leaving this company’s driver pulls up and blocks me in my own driveway to where I have to drive through my own grass to get out and the guy is just staring. Not working on neighbors house just parking there. Can’t imagine how there work is if they already have zero consideration for people

Ace was conducting some work around my neighborhood / my street, not sure if it was city sanctioned or what. Their operator clearly hooked a hose to the hydrant and pumped water directly down my lawn causing large ruts and muddy areas that pooled water instead of simply running the hose to a drain right down the road. I was only able to see the aftermath of this situation when I was returning home. I contacted their team and was directed to "Mike". I explained the situation and asked if they could have their operator in the area not drain water in peoples yards as it was causing damage. Mike didn't take the time to ask for my name or anything and hung after quickly claiming he would "look into it". Some time later the truck came back and the individual did the same thing, draining more water through my yard. I sent photos and asked to speak to someone on their socials and received no information back.

One of their drivers intentionally cut me off at an intersection, then gave me the finger when I protested. Seems like they’re staffed by dirtbags.
