  This company is never available and you cannot get anything done outside of office hours. Even during office hours they don't ever seem to be in a hurry. Didn't like the idea of them taking over LPC Connect and they continue to prove to me why I was right to feel that way. Currently shopping around for a new internet company. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

  I’ve lived all over the country, and they charge far more than I’ve ever paid. Anywhere. It’s atrocious. Their so called services are not worth the extra money either. Their customer service is a joke, and if your internet goes out outside of business hours, good luck, you’re on your own until the next day. No one cares. And if you accidentally miss a payment, you’re instantly sent a disconnect notice. Seriously? Small town values, right? The disconnect notice arrives a week after they mail it (even only living 15 minutes away from their office) and the date is for two days later. No, I’m not joking. They seriously disconnect their “valued customers” a week after they miss a payment. Gosh, I’ve never felt so valued. I’m overcharged, no assistance when things go out, and I’m disconnected a week after a missed payment. Not to mention the years of their website not working and you couldn’t actually pay your bill…but now they’ve revamped (I wonder where all that extra money came from?) so that’s just water under the bridge, right? Oh, but they have “excellent internet” so don’t even bother trying to complain.

  2 weekends in a row we had to deal with internet going out....lady on phone stated on the business day would have someone come out.....that would had been monday!!!....that's the entire weekend .....that is definitely not customer service.....called again .... young man came out that morning......however the issue is now and a sunday....we asked to have a new router.....they stated the ones they have are the same......still not good customer service....do to lack of competition we don't see immediate results...yes they have a weekend tech.....but clearly you can tell they do not want to use......how about turning their cable off for the weekend.....tech very polite.....but we still have no internet...
