  My father is 90 years old, he needed some concrete for his ditch area on the side of his house to help with water flow, Benton’s went above and beyond to help Dad get this taken care of, it is amazing how customer service oriented this company is. I would recommend them to my family and neighbors. They couldn’t have been more helpful, and they promptly call back with a smile. I can’t say how much our family appreciated their caring and helpfulness to us and my father.

  Needed concrete for a commercial fence we were building. Benton's was quick, curious, professional and timely. Zero issues and it was a smooth straight forward process. I'll definitely use Benton's in the future for any concrete I need poured.

  One of their drivers almost killed me, I confronted him and he was hotheaded screaming at me. Went into the office to make a complaint and the owner was the exact same way. Seems like this company hires and keeps reckless and dangerous drivers and people.

  These guys had a truck out in Des Moines that decided to run a red light. I took down the plate number and called their office, and pretty much got a “yeah, whatever” kind of response. Dangerous driving in a large vehicle is never acceptable. The guy who answered the phone didn’t bother taking down any details regarding where it happened, what time, and the nature of the incident. They clearly don’t care, so I clearly say take your business elsewhere.

  I've ordered trucks from benton's a number of times over the years ,can't say enough about them. Driver is always respectful when they get on site and accommodating to how we'd like to pour. They even cleaned up around their truck afterwards. Great, no-nonsense company to work with. I won't use anyone else.
