  I had a faulty AC and called Bunch Heating & Cooling during one of the hottest weeks of the year. Tonya answered the phone and got me scheduled right away. She was very friendly and professional, and you could tell she truly cared about helping me. TK was the technician who came to my house. He is so knowledgable when it comes to diagnosing and fixing problems. He was also a super nice guy who treated my home and pets as if they were his own. To top it off, he was forced to doing the work in the middle of a thunderstorm. He might be superman. They solved my problem like true professionals while keeping their pricing fair. We are lucky to have a company like this in our area. Needless to say, I will be a lifetime customer whenever I need heating or cooling services. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I had to have my furnace replaced. The techs were excellent. They were polite and quick. And did a excellent job. From talking to the office staff to the techs id say they are great to work with. I would totally recommend them.

  We got a new heating and cooling system. Bunch Heating and Cooling did a great job! they were timely, respectful, professional and Dave is a funny guy with a great personality! Bunch Heating and Cooling is our company for our HVAC needs!

  My water heater went out while I was getting ready for work a few weeks ago. I had my neighbor come over to look at it to see if there was anything that could be done to fix it. Unfortunately it was leaking water from the bottom of the tank. It needed to be replaced it was almost 30 years old. My neighbor recommend Bunch Heating and Cooling because he used them last year for a new water heater and got great service and said the guy that put it in was hilarious and fun to talk with. I called first thing to get it replaced. Tom was at my door within an hour and confirmed that I needed a new water heater. He started working on it then went to get a new water heater. He came back about 45 min later with the new water heater and another guy also named Tom. They had the new one installed and running in less than an hour. Only problem they had was that my old water heater wouldn't drain completely so they had to take it out with a lot of water in it. Good thing these guys were both probably 6'5" and 300 lbs. I will definitely be using Bunch Heating and Cooling again and recommend them 100%. Thank you Bunch Heating and Cooling
