  I had water on my basement floor and water was not getting hot…I just bought a house that was flipped. They came out. First day assessed situation and told me would return the next day to fix water issue in basement. They put a $30 pipe from water heater to drain and turned my hot water heater up. I am very thankful that is was nothing more serious. My bill in the beginning was over $400. I called and was told that was a mistake she misread the writing in statement. Next Bill was then over $300. When asked about labor I was informed it was $75 for plumber and $40 for his helper. I wasn’t informed in the beginning about having to pay “extra” and told them I felt that should be something they tell people in the beginning so if needed they can go another route. My cameras pulled up they were in my house less than 1 hour both days but I was charged for 2 hours of labor. So I didn’t understand that. I did end up paying the $300..but did report issue . Again I am thankful he turned my hot water heater up and fixed the water issue downstairs but felt better communication could have been made in their part on the labor. And the people I am I woulda been ok with it…especially since his helper did great majority of work.

  Carson has been a huge help every time I’ve needed plumbing work done. He’s replaced my water heater and installed my water softener—all on short notice.   My water heater finally busted and I called up Carson. Gave em my info on what I had and they said be out the next day. Came in and got er done quick and pain less. I even added a little side job that I was concerned about and no problem. Fixed it as well. Straight forward guys and fun to watch work. Definitely be calling them again if needed in the future.

  These guys are great! They even out a drop cloth down when they had to cut a home in my ceiling. Then, they reattached the piece they cut out, so I didn't have to do it! They fixed the issue quickly and professionally, and my dogs even liked them 😊
