    Worked with Tracy on my new home, she took my idea put it on paper, she was very helpful from start to finish. Had a couple minor things that needed attention, worked with Dan, he took care of it. I get none stop compliments on it. Very pleased, only way to go..

    Bought a summer house from Design Homes 20 years ago. We come on and off over the years. Nightmare. Started with fighting to get them to finish. Then not long after a roof leak. Damage. Found out later wrong roof cap. I paid to fix it. Then over years shingles off the roof that I had replaced. Then leaking in the chimney area had people come out to see if they could fix it. Every time we think it’s fixed, it isn’t. Decided to put a new roof on and thought I fixed it. Sitting listening to water come down it now. I also have damage to floor as a result of it leaking over time. All be careful with Design Homes.

    We are currently building a house through Design Homes. We are fortunate to have a location close to us so we were able to do alot of things locally. We went to main office to look at homes, found the one we liked the most and then from there we made our modifications with our local sales rep Mark. This is picture is from our tour of our house. They let you tour it in the factory while it's being built! It was a really cool process to see!! Everyone at Design Homes has been friendly, informative and helpful! Glad we choose Design Homes!

    Clean. Wud have been nice to have a few more different color schemes (paint carpet counters etc) to physically see. There seemed to be the same few over and over. And if lights worked in all the rooms to appropriately see the colors. It was great beyond that

    Not responsive and can not keep a time line. They think an oopsie daisy is appropriate for not keeping their time line. Ill update when we actually receive our house as we don't actually have a date yet. As well as share the companies handling of the major screw up and shifting of around 10 peoples schedules due to being at the mercy of design homes.
