Our 18’x36’ (vinyl liner) pool was installed last summer by a different company and we’ve had repeated issues that they were always dragging their feet to deal with. This time when they said they couldn’t get here fa week, we called Don at Dreamscape Pools yesterday and he was out this morning to replace the broken part and then checked out a couple other issues. What an improvement. Anything pool related we may need you can be sure we will be dealing with Dreamscape.

We had a tear in our pool liner. Donnie and the Dreamscape Team managed the entire process and did a great job installing the new liner. The communication and quality of work was second to none. I definitely recommend Donnie and the Dreamscape Team for all your pool service needs.

While at first we had good experience ish - outside of the major delays and complete unprofessional behavior of the employees while at our house. The communication between Dreamscape and our landscaper was horrible and ended up costing us way more money than we originally thought. After 3 years - one of our lights is burnt out and we have water in our liner every time it rains - which means a crap design and horrible drainage. Not one time were we told that would happen and we are now dealing with it. Wish we would’ve gone with someone else for the cost.

Dreamscape has always been prompt, courteous, and helpful. Did not install my pool originally but have had them open and close for last 6 years. New liner ordered two weeks ago and installed today. Great customer service! Highly recommend.

Our inground 20x40 pool was having issues in so many areas, my husband and I had given up hope- We spent a fortune in chemicals and our DE filter was no longer working but we didn't know why- .. ONE visit from Dreamscape and the water cleared up - we have a fantastic new filter, and got great diagnostics on our pool heater/AC. They were prompt, professional, courteous - SUPER POOL SMART- and have great competitive prices. Thrilled to say we now have our pool company of choice for keeping our pool clean and our equipment in top shape. Thank you Dreamscape!!!
