  Kyle reached out to my realtor to see about repairing some remaining hail damage from May 2023. Being out of the country during the repairs it was nice to have him do that, as I was struggling to get my contractor at the time to get any work done. Kyle and his crew stepped in, had siding and roof steel ordered and installed quickly and without bother. The 6 hour time difference made communication less than convenient but throughout the whole process I was getting photo updates and pictures if there were any questions. They worked patiently with me as I navigated insurance and refunds. They tackled the whole job professionally and in a respectable time frame. I would definitely seek them out for future jobs.

  In 2016, I had Dry Seal Roofing replace my siding with LP Smart Siding. Based on the agreement, they were to replace plywood first to the north side which did not happen. In addition, the siding was not fastened and after several calls to Travis Tibbitts, with no response, I finally contacted another company and they discovered: 1. two holes in the siding which need to be replaced. 2. had to repair return and refasten on back of my house. 3. had to fasten the siding at the top of my west side, noting that nothing had been fastened! 4. Fasten the fascia and return at the south corner of my house 5. Fix gutter apron at front door. 5. The stone pillar that was placed on my new concrete front porch now has a huge gap on the top after the concrete settled. The contractor stated a no fade guarantee and a 50 year labor warranty yet refuses to answer my calls for service after installation!
