My boyfriend has had them fix things before. This was my 1st visit here. I did not make an appointment. Walked in, our motor to our wood stove died & our only heat source, explained my situation & they not only greeted me so kind but took motor & instantly worked on it. I assumed since there was no appointment made that I'd have to wait all day? Nope within less than 2 hours & a small fee I'm home. It's fixed & we have heat again! They had many customers come while I was waiting so obviously they have plenty of satisfied customers. My experience was exceptional & I believe yours will be too!
