  Kevin and his son and crew moved our home in November and we couldn't have been more pleased and happy with the quality and compassion they showed to us and our home. My father is a retired house mover and when we decided to move our home, I of course asked my father who we should use and who he trusts and Ferneau House moving was definitely the choice for us, which speaks alot of the talent and knowledge Kevin and his crew have. We had a 30 mile move and it was a perfect move and the house was set down just before Thanksgiving. They were so friendly and amazing to work with, I would highly recommend them, and hope that in the near future as we expand on our land we have the pleasure of working with them again!

  Kevin Ferneau and his sons moved a 14X22 garage about a quarter of a mile. I thought the move went well until the city inspector called to tell me he could not approve the move. The bolts at the original location had not been cut, but had only been bent over. I called Kevin to explain the situation and have him return to complete the job. He did not want to drive from Marshalltown to Des Moines to do this. I am very upset and disappointed with the attitude shown. Because this business has been around for many years, I have no doubt that he knew this was a requirement and yet he doesn't want to make it right. I do not feel I can recommend his company to anyone needing to have a building moved because of this incident.

  I had this organization raise and level my storage shed. They worked hard until the job was completely and thoroughly finished.
