I have had to replace my windshield twice this year due to this company not properly securing their loads. I have dash cam footage of both incidents & the company refuses to take responsibility. Something needs to be done they are a danger to drivers at this point.

Wonderful experience with having them deliver 7 loads of black screen dirt to our church, delivered as promised a good quality top soil at reasonable rate. The drivers were professional and kind when arrived called and asked where to dump was able to explain to them over the phone as wasn't physically there to show where to unload. They were able to figured out on their own exact spot where I wanted to have them unload unload. Dumped full loades without any damage to existing lawn or driveway. Will do business again in future.

Called the company with an issue created on Rice St. where damage was caused to my truck. The lady answering the phone was rude and chastized me for not stopping, having a truck number and even the time I called was unsuitable. It seemed like they didn't really want to help and they didn't. That is fine. I will fix my own truck, but I was pretty open and honest trying to determine what a local business wanted to do and if they culpable.

Obviously this company has a problem with tarping their trucks along with other violations, blasting traffic with sand and rock going down I29 in city limits, which there is a law on the books, no wonder people are angry. Driver of truck DOT# 468424, 5:30pm on 8-8-23 has no care for traffic around him. Keep it up and someone like myself will own that company after a good lawsuit with a reckless driver against a motorcycle if something happens. Wanna talk about this post, respond to this and I'll be happy to visit your office personally.
