WOULD NOT USE AGAIN. Had a 48x104 building put up in 2022. Quality of the materials seems to be decent, have had several issues with windows leaking which finally was fixed in 2025 after several return failed attempts. In doing so they had to cut the caulking around the windows. In doing so, the knife slipped and cut the trim on 6 of my 10 windows. When telling Gingerich about it we got told we were “nitpicking” and nothing was going to be done. They have replaced some scratched tin and some perfectly fine tin. But I’m sorry that does not fix windows. IN REPLY TO RESPONSE Yes at the beginning reaching out to get repairs wasn’t difficult, and damaged tin was replaced, but over time it became harder and harder to reach out to you by phone. To the point of where I had to drive to your office and get someone to talk to me. As for replacing damaged/defective pieces I would think that would be covered under the workmanship warranty, I guess stuff is only damaged when you saw it is, not when it’s blatantly obvious that it is. Attached are pictures of all the cuts in the windows. Along with pictures of the water we had leaking in a few years ago.

We put up a 48x36 pole shed that we wanted to look like a barn structure. My husband & I were so pleased with everything from start to finish!! Simon was excellent to work with from meeting together to find out what we wanted, promptly responding to any questions or concerns we had & making everything run smoothly. Joseph & Zach were the carpenters who also did an amazing job!! They did beautiful work, cleaned up at the end of every day, were very polite & always informing us of what was next. There was a glitch in the concrete with miscommunication but Simon went above & beyond to make it right. We cannot say enough good things about Gingerich Structures specifically Simon, Joseph & Zach. They are all top notch!! Thank you, Simon, Joseph & Zach. We love our building!! You will be so pleased if you build with them!!

We built a 40’ x 48’ Barndominium with a 10’ x 24’ breezeway to connect our 30’ x 63’ 4 car garage. The build went very well! The crew did a great job as we supplied the doors and windows for the house. We selected Gingerich over two other buildings just in the fact they use more wood in their structures. We were very pleased as we had a couple of changes and they worked with us on getting what we wanted. So thanks to the Gingerich staff and crew that worked with us. Gary & Diane Wehrli.
