  I want to give a well-deserved shoutout to Billy Hines, the Construction Supervisor overseeing Greene County's HVAC project. Throughout this project, Billy has consistently met and exceeded every request I've made. While he recently apologized for not being able to get me back into my office as quickly as hoped, the delay was completely outside of his control. Even so, his willingness to take ownership and communicate openly speaks volumes about his professionalism. Billy maintains a positive attitude every day, no matter the challenges that come with a project of this size. He is organized, responsive, and solution-oriented, and his leadership has been instrumental in keeping this project moving forward and on track. It's clear that he genuinely cares about the success of the project and the people affected by it. Greene County is fortunate to have someone with Billy's dedication, work ethic, and positive demeanor overseeing this important work. His efforts have not gone unnoticed and are greatly appreciated.   Clean up your business park! You can’t even get a big truck down the drive because you have vehicles parked along the curb! Constantly blocking traffic coming in and out! Vehicles parked in front of fire hydrants I should contact the fire marshal! This place is a mess!

  Graphite Construction Group is a fraudulent and unprofessional group of people. Hire contractors to perform contracted work.. When the work.is complete they do NOT PAY their bills. They don't answer calls and they DONT respond to emails. STAY AWAY..THEY ARE AS CROOKED AS THEY COME in the general contracting world..
