  This company had an employee who backed into my mom’s car while it was parked at her work back in June…we are now in the end of August. The guy told my mom their company would cover everything to get my moms car fixed. My mom heard nothing for almost a month when the employee drove away. My mom had to tell the company she was going to get ahold of her lawyer before they finally told my mom that she could take the car to her body shop to get an estimate. She did and was told it was going to cost a little more than $1600 to fix. The company cuts my mom a check for $1100 and tells her that she needs to take the check to the body shop and that the body shop needs to dispute the charges. So here we are going into three months later and the back of my moms car is STILL damaged because this company will not pay the entire amount it is going to cost to fix a vehicle that had been PARKED all day that their reckless employee decided to back into because he was not paying attention to his surroundings.
