    The Ground Breaker team has been phenomenal to work with. Kalen (main contact) is there for all aspects of the building process from first inspiration to closing date, always accessible and eager to make your dream home a reality. Katie (design) is so easy to work with and has a great ability to take your ideas and tastes and make them come to life with seamless design choices. And Jay (main contractor) is reliable and trustworthy. He won’t settle for sub-par work and treats your project as if he’s building the house for his own family. The entire team exceeded our expectations and we’re so glad we chose them to build our custom dream home!

From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, simple, and genuinely stress-free. Kalen was communicative, knowledgeable, and always willing to walk us through each step, making sure we felt confident and supported the whole way. Building a home can feel overwhelming, but Ground Breaker Homes truly made it seamless. The attention to detail, professionalism, and care exceeded our expectations.     We love our new home built by Ground Breaker Homes in the Great Western Crossing. The exterior farmhouse aesthetic is very charming and befitting of an Iowa Agrihood. The unique interior layout, high quality finishes, and attention to details were evident as soon as we stepped foot into the house. The kitchen is absolutely our favorite room. The Ground Breaker staff was very responsive and easy to work with throughout the building process. We would highly recommend Ground Breaker Homes for a new build.
