    This company and owner "Richard Lovett" is truly excited and dedicated to the protection of water ways related to damage control and the rehabilitation of culverts, bridges and most infrastructure repair needs. Richard Lovett, President of grout scouts Inc., revolutionalized the pipe lining industry and culvert repair idea with his unique and simple concepts that are eco-friendly and structurally sound making all projects monolithic and so solid that I believe they are worthy of 100+ years lifespan.
