  The First State Bank of Rosemount is thrilled to have worked with Hoeft Builders! We recently completed our project and we were truly sad to see them leave. Mike, our job supervisor, Tim, our project manager, and the entire Hoeft team were AMAZING! Our bi-monthly meetings kept us up to date on the project and any issues were quickly resolved. We will not hesitate to work with them again.

  It was a pleasure working with Hoeft Builders on our expansion (manufacturing and office). Their professionalism, attention to detail, and easy to work with style made a very large project manageable. Hoeft had a full time construction manager on site for the duration of our project. This gave us a single point of contact for every aspect of construction. Never having to wonder 'who to call' with any issue we had was extremely helpful! Our project finished on budget, on time, and extremely high quality. Hoeft will be the 1st call we make on our next project.

  We had the pleasure of working with Hoeft Builders for our office remodel during the Fall of 2014 and we had such a tremendous experience! They were our quarterback during the whole process as well as the perfect liaison between our office and the sub-contractors. Each member from Hoeft's team was so knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Beyond their apparent skill, their service was exceptional. I would recommend their services wholeheartedly!

  Hoeft Builders surpassed our expectations!  We had heard many nightmares about the building process and Hoeft ensured that none of those were a part of our reality.  From the initial work of helping us decide to renovate an existing building or build fresh, to staying on schedule, to the quality of the work - we were impressed at every step of the way.  Most importantly, we felt great knowing that each professional we worked with was a quality human being who also happens to be exceptional at their job.  Matt Vold, Chris Colle, Perry Dunlap and Jay Rideout were all such a pleasure to work with and to get to know.  We would highly recommend the Hoeft team to anyone interested in commercial construction.  We hope they are as proud of our beautiful building as we are!
